我总是喜欢回想我的牧师说过的话："神不是为麻雀而死的。" 耶稣基督降世，在十字架上为我们罪人流血舍身。如果我们今天知道自己在神眼中有多么宝贵，我们就会更深地启示神有多么爱我们。我们从祂而来的这份爱是战胜焦虑和恐惧的关键（约翰一书 4:18）。
人算什么，你竟顾念他？-诗篇 8:4
下次当你被制造恐惧的谎言攻击时，要常常记住神的儿子耶稣基督舍了自己的生命，使你可以活着。神既然为我们做了这事，还有什么不为我们做呢？（罗马书 8:32）更多认识耶稣和祂对你的爱；阅读祂的话语，战胜你的恐惧！ 耶稣爱你！
