Because Jesus Loves Us

Luke 12:6-7 “Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.”

I always enjoy recalling what my Pastor said: “God did not die for sparrows.”  Jesus Christ came down and shed His blood on the cross for us sinners.  If we only knew how valuable we are today in God’s eyes, we will have more revelation on how much God loves us. This love that we have from Him is the key to defeating anxiety and fear (1 John 4:18).

What is man that Thou art mindful of him? -Psalm 8:4

Next time you are attacked by lies that creates fear in you, always remember that The Son of God, Jesus Christ, laid His life down so that you may live.  If God has done that for us, what more won’t He do for us? (Romans 8:32)  Know more about Jesus and His love for you; read His word and conquer your fears! JESUS LOVES YOU!
