Youth Counselling
Helping young people thrive
Youth counselling is designed specifically for adolescents and young adults navigating the unique challenges of growing up. From academic pressure and peer relationships to identity and self-esteem, our counsellors provide age-appropriate support in a safe, relatable environment.
We work with young people aged 12 to 25, using creative and engaging therapeutic methods including art therapy, narrative therapy, and CBT adapted for younger clients. Our goal is to empower youth to express themselves, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills.
Parents and guardians are welcome to be involved in the process where appropriate. We believe that supporting a young person often means supporting the whole family system.
