Living Through This Pestilence

Authority was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword and with famine and with pestilence and by the wild beasts of the earth. Revelations 6:8

Before the Wuhan Virus updates, The Lord gave me the nudge to launch our Online Counselling services.  In my little mind, I thought that The Lord wanted Grace Counselling Centre to finally reach out to the world (I have been pestering The Lord about this).  Little did I know that it is to open up Christian Counselling resources to aid in this time of pestilence.

There is no better time to use online counselling than now; in this time when people are encouraged to stay home and avoid as much human contact as possible.  I have been praying about this incident, this pestilence, and I wish that this too will end soon.  However, I was brought to the prophecy of the prophets mentioned in Jeremiah 28:8:

The prophets that have been before me and before thee of old prophesied both against many countries, and against great kingdoms, of war, and of evil, and of pestilence.

Even The Lord Jesus Christ Himself prophesied such in Matthew 24:7.

This is bound to happen, Heaven is in no way surprised of this.  I wish I can say it will be over soon but my meditations of Jeremiah 28 warned me about spreading false hopes (which are equivalent of lies).  So, we pray and prepare for salvation and healing.  We cover everyone affected by the Blood of Jesus Christ.  As far as Grace Counselling Centre is concerned, our mandate is to provide safe and effective Christian Counselling - especially in this time of famine. May the protective promises of Psalm 91 befall you and your family, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
