Anxiety counselling helps you understand and manage the worry, fear, and physical symptoms that anxiety brings. Our counsellors work with you to identify triggers, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop effective coping strategies.

We support individuals dealing with generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and performance anxiety. Evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness techniques, and exposure therapy are used to help you gradually reclaim a sense of calm.
