What I love about the Bible is its clarity and directness. It’s written for everyone to understand and believe, Ph.D. or not. The LORD our God proclaims that He is The LORD and He is The Saviour; there is no one else and there is nothing else in all creation and beyond that can be near His title and place. Not money, not material success, not even education and especially not man’s effort. (I do think that education is beneficial, but it really is nothing compared to the Word of God.) If you look around you nowadays, you will see all forms of idolatry going on, people setting God aside for their so called ‘science’, people praying to worthless stones and wooden carvings, people believing in nonsense crazy superstitions and practices and people relying on their addictions to keep them happy. It’s these modern days when people would rather read self-help books written by mere fallen creatures than read the very words breathed out by God! And people are wondering why all these murders, rapes, mental disorders, crimes and calamities are happening. What’s worse is that people who turn their backs on God blame God for the effects of their very own rebellion and rejection of their Creator! The apostle Peter declared this, the New Testament way:

Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12)
And the apostle Paul continued on:
Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11) Jesus Christ is The Lord and The Saviour! He is GOD. Let our hearts and knees bow to no one but Him!
