[img:OXYGEN Volume 09]Psalm 143:10 “Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground.”
Jesus, The Good Shepherd will never lead us astray; it is against the nature of The All Wise, All Powerful and All Loving God to have any of His sheep stumble during His watch. Within His words, we receive all His teachings and commandments that are given to us for our own good. When Christ says: “believe in the One God has sent” (John 6:29), The Lord means that He is the One we should behold and nothing else. The problem is people nowadays focus on beholding their own works, accomplishments and fulfilling the law which result to nothing but empty and meaningless vanities. All the crazy sins we commit that destroy us are reflections of our helplessness over the law and our lack of knowledge and belief in The Lord. We lie, we steal, we envy and we worry not because we don’t know the law but because we do not have the full revelation of Who Jesus Christ really is. That’s the sad part of most lives; we tend to know the law more than the law maker and we focus more on pleasing the law than the Saviour.
may your good Spirit lead me on level ground...
With all matters regarding the world and life, we point to Jesus Christ. When it comes to matters about Jesus Christ, we open our Bibles. The more revelation we receive about who Jesus is, the more we are empowered to live a full and glorious life! So let us read and re-read His words and obtain more and more revelations about The Son of God. Let The One Who died for us be the one to teach us!
