The true children of God are those who let God’s Spirit lead them. –Romans 8:14
Jesus Christ shed His blood on the cross and cleansed us perfectly from our sin (sins) that we are made worthy to be temples of The Holy Ghost. The Holy Spirit dwells in us and He teaches us and guides us in our thoughts, words, and actions. A good demonstration of the Holy Spirit’s influence is in the writings of the New Testament. Do you know that everything the apostles (Paul, Peter, James, John, and the Gospels) wrote were all inspired by the Holy Spirit? Jesus Himself taught us some truths about the Holy Spirit’s guiding and teaching nature: But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will
teach you all things
and will remind you of everything I have said to you. (John 14:26) Don’t worry about being qualified or not in hearing the Holy Spirit. If you say in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is The Lord and Saviour, then the Holy Spirit already dwells in you (no man can confess such things unless he/she is guided by The Spirit) and HE is already guiding you and you ARE already listening to HIM. How can this be? The answer is simple: You belong to Jesus Christ. Jesus said: My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. –John 10:27

You hear the voice of The Spirit because you belong to Jesus Christ. So, let us listen to the voice of our Shepherd in us. He will guide us and He will never lead us astray. Talk to Him, listen to Him, learn from Him, draw from Him and let him guide you. This is your sole right as blood bought children of The Most High God! All these because of Jesus Christ!
