[img:article_images-3_29_Home_What_Does_It_Mean_to_Trust_God_290342901]2 Timothy 1:13-14 “What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus. Guard the good deposit that was entrusted to you”guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit who lives in us.”
In a challenging time of the Church, Paul writes to his assistant Timothy to hold on to his words and teachings. These teachings are preserved in the New Testament letters of Paul and it is full of writings about the truth of Christ Jesus. Is there anything special about the author who is Paul? Of course not, but the special part comes from his teachings of trusting and loving the Lord Jesus Christ.
This is what we should be practicing today. In our stressful times of work, family demands and societal obligations, we tend to overlook the one thing that Jesus wants us to do: Read His words again and again and get more revelations about His life and the cross.

If that's what Jesus wants, that what we will be doing! Hold on to The Lord's teachings and let the Holy Spirit work within you. This is the real answer to any of our problems and this is where we will find real meaning and life!
