At Grace Counselling Centre, we integrate evidence-based psychological methods with a faith-informed perspective. Our counsellors are trained in recognised therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Gottman Method for couples.
